Over four years at Careervira, that meant building two businesses inside one platform at the same time: a 200K-MAU B2C marketplace grown entirely without paid acquisition, and an enterprise SaaS motion taken from first customer conversation to 10,000+ subscriptions.

Between 2021 and 2026, I worked directly with Careervira's CEO to build two distinct businesses from scratch: an organic B2C engine and an enterprise SaaS motion, each with its own buyer, its own product, and its own GTM logic. I owned product strategy and product marketing across both, through the platform's transformation from marketplace to AI-native skill intelligence system. The numbers above are the hook, but they are not the point of this site. The point is the reasoning: every major call, including what was tested and dropped, and what I would sequence differently now, is written down here for inspection.

The operating mode never changed: take an ambiguous problem, build the structure, run it across functions, stay until the outcome is real. Off the clock, I play football and shoot films; I was my B-school's official cinematographer.
